Double the Pleasure

The Olsen Twins have always been a part of my life...whether they know it or not. Ever since I was little I aspired to be like them. My best friend and I would pretend to be Mary Kate and Ashley 25/8 (I was always Ashley, btw). We would re-enact their movies or just watch their movies one right after the other all day. Ahhh, to be that age again! Hahahahaha. Now, my love for the twins goes a little further than dress up...sort of. MK & Ashley have been two of my major fashion inspirations since their clothing line at Walmart. Their look is so simple-chic and still has an edgy feel. The twins wear a lot of monochrome, neutral, and soft colors. They always spice up their outfits with the perfect accessories whether it be jewels or a scarf. Another great way to give your outfit a little boost that the Olsen's often do is layering. I personally am a big fan of layering; it can be the icing on the cake when done with the right outfit.
